Some of the annual pass holders have already been randomly included on MyMagic+ system but by mid-March-2014 every annual pass holder will be upgraded to MyMagic+. You can order your bands via My Disney Experience but don’t expect to get them till the end of March, 2014. As well annual pass holders will be able to tap into FastPass+ similar to the way Walt Disney World Resort Hotel guests do. So they will receive the same or close to the same benefits.
