The restaurant offers a extensive range of over 50 dishes of seafood and steak that are constantly flown in from across the world. The menu offers anything from Alaska king crab claws to filet mignon with béarnaise sauce. As well the restaurant offers a wide selections of award wining wines and craft beers. The restaurant has been awarded 11 times the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence. The restaurant is ran by Levy Restaurants and was designed by Walt Disney Imagineering.
