What has happened at Downtown Disney in the past two week? Well allot of concept art has been reveled, some closers and some more demolition work!
So let’s start with demolition! The iconic ‘Pleasure Island’ sign has been removed off of the roof tops of Downtown Disney! Pleasure Island will become a sections in Disney Springs called ‘The Land’ which will be completed sometime early 2015. As well some Construction walls are down in front of Fulton’s, reveling some elaborate concrete work that mimic wood, some life fixtures and more. Here is a link to some photo’s WDWMagic took!
As well some concept art has been reveled in the past two weeks! The first one being concept art for ‘The Hanger’ an aviation inspired restaurant that will be located between Paradise 27 and ‘The Boat Dock’. It is currently under going construction on the lake. Here is a link to the concept art peace. As well concept art for the 'Food Truck Park’ has been released! The ‘Food Truck Park’ will be located in West Side in between the new Starbucks location and Bongos! In this area their will be four food truck to choose from and a high line walkway type things which will allow guests to get a god view of West Side! Here is the concept art pictures.
Disney Springs will be opening in faces completed in 2016. The first section opening is ‘The Land’ which will open up early 2015. That’s it for know please check back with me later to find out what will happen next!
