Liberty Square - May 3, 2013 - by Chad Dewey |
This is not our busiest week at Magic Kingdom but they still have made some changes.
One of the more geographical changes as you could say happened in Liberty Square; I’m not sure if you remember a couple of week ago I mentions about the path that connected Liberty Square and Frontierland was under constructions? Well I’m happy to tell you that it has opened up this week! All they have done is expanded the pathway which should help with congestion and was well as it will make it easier to by pass the busy crowds during the parades! Here are some picture of the extended walkway that WDWMagic uploaded.
In addition our favorite Snow Queen and princess of Norway: Elsa and Anna will be moving from Epcot Norwegian Pavilion to Magic Kingdom! The reason being is the line up was so long you could even wait up to 5 HOURS before meeting them. The Norwegian Pavilion was not built for that size of crowd so they are moved the girls to Princess Fairy Tale Hall in Magic Kingdom. A bonus with that as well you will be able to get FastPass+ passes which will cut done some of the guests wait time! And you will be standing inside an air conditions area which is always a bonus! They will be moved on April 20, 2014.
Construction still continuos in New Fantasyland on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Coaster Disney shared some more detail shots with us earlier this week; you can see them here. As well the clock is ticking as the race to finish the hub expansion has started. And that is it for know at Magic Kingdom! But be sure to check back with me next time to find out about what next will happening at Magic Kingdom!
